I'm a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Sutherland-Chan (class of 2006). I also graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bsc in Kinesiology (2004).

I believe in combining my knowledge of massage and kinesiology of a well-rounded and individualized approach to helping you. My techniques include myofascial release, general Swedish massage, trigger-point therapy, hydrotherapy, positional therapy, and stretching and strengthening exercises.

I can treat you with both deep tissue and relaxation massage, based on what is right for you. I've worked with a wide variety of conditions, including sports injuries, pregnancy, tension headaches, migraines, and have worked with both the elderly and the young.
