Sue Sabijan, Psychotherapist, Life Coach

Sue Sabijan is a Psychotherapist and Life Coach. Her training in psychology includes an Honours Bachelor of Science from University of Toronto, and Master of Science from McGill University, both in the specialization of Psychology. She worked with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Research Psychology where some of her work was published in Brain Research, and she maintains some clinical involvement in their volunteer program. Her areas of research and experience include the treatment of chronic pain, anxiety and depression, and addictions.

 

Sue’s approach to psychotherapy is fluid and responsive, applying relevant techniques to each client. She treats them as a unique individual, using appropriate techniques tailored to their changing needs according to their personal progress. Some  methods she draws from include techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodyamics, existential and humanistic approaches. Her experience also includes couples counselling, life coaching, and career counselling.
